A taping and rolling device for a printed circuit board is provided to improve a taping efficiency by accurately aligning PCBs transferred on a mount table. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is mounted on a mount table(10). A first table(20) is arranged to be adjacent to the mount table. Plural suck-in holes are formed on the first table. A PCB transfer unit(30) places the PCB on the first table. A second table(40) is arranged to the first table. A second table pressing unit(50) is elevatably arranged on the second table and fixes another PCB on the second table during a taping process. A PCB detector(60) is elevatably arranged between the first and second tables and includes at least two conductive sensing pints. A clamping unit(70) is arranged in a transfer direction of the PCB and fixes the PCB on the first table during the taping process. A taping unit(80) tapes two PCBs. A rolling unit(90) performs a rolling process on the PCB, on which the taping process is completed.
