<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breakthrough for water-power generation, because almost all the researches and improvements about water-power generation have been made, and power generation output has reached its limit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: At first, each mouth of water pumping pipe (11), a pump (8), and a casing (13) is made into the shape of a trumpet (15) in order to lessen a resistance of water (31) and they are connected straightly without making deflections. Then, a hole as a water flow inlet (7) is drilled under a wall body (1) in order to utilize an atmospheric pressure outside the wall body (1). The pump (8), the casing (13), and the water pumping pipe (11) are surrounded by the wall body (1), and the water flow inlet (7) is so arranged that the water flow inlet is covered with a water tank (40). The water tank (40) is filled with water (31) up to a position of the pump (8).
