<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor less apt to generate deterioration of charge characteristics due to long-term storage and superior in potential stability in repeated use, and to provide a process cartridge having the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and electrophotographic equipment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, the photosensitive layer contains a polyarylate resin composed of at least diphenyl ether dicarboxylic acid, aromatic dicarboxylic acid, and bisphenol, and a charge transport substance.
