<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unevenness and enhance performance in impregnation of a medical liquid into noninflammable lumber, and to recycle the used noninflammable lumber. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This method includes: a machining method for improving performance or impregnation of a liquid into lumber by heating, decompression, compression, vibration and impact, the liquid essentially consisting of ammonium sulfate that is primarily used as manure for agricultural produce. Also it includes: improvement of performance with a double structure using ceramic, silicon and water glass in fine powder or particles by secondary machining; and recycling of the used noninflammable lumber as manure for agricultural produce through pulverization.
