<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device can discharge a fixed quantity of a solution from a housing to jet an atomized liquid when the solution is atomized by vibrating a vibration plate using a vibrator, and to provide an atomizing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid supply device 10 has a housing 12 and a cover 14 attached to a discharge port 12a of the housing 12. A discharge plate 18 having many holes is provided in the head part of the cover 14. The discharge plate 18 is worked so that the liquid 20 flowing out from the discharge port 12a of the housing 12 does not flow-out from the holes in a state of atmospheric pressure by the surface tension. The fixed quantity of the solution 20 is continuously discharged from the housing 12 to stably jet the atomized solution 20 by fixing the liquid supply device 10 to the atomizing device for atomizing the solution 20 by vibrating the vibration plate 24 using the ultrasonic transducer 22.
