<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a driver has an uneasy feeling when passing an oncoming vehicle because the light of the oncoming vehicle is caught in eyes and dazzles the eyes of the driver on a dark road or in a tunnel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, a reflector is attached on a rear side of a rear-view mirror mounted to a vehicle so as to generate reflected light to the light of an oncoming vehicle.
