<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet delivering head which attains miniaturization and is excellent in reliability by preventing erroneous operation, and to provide a liquid droplet delivering apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid droplet delivering head 1 includes a first flexible substrate 27 and a second flexible substrate 28 which connect lead electrodes 47 of driving elements 23 exposed to an opening part of a reservoir forming substrate 25 with driver ICs 26. The first flexible substrate 27 and the second flexible substrate 28 have a connecting part 27b connected to the lead electrode 47, and wiring parts 27c and 28c where a plurality of first wiring patterns 72 for supplying a signal to the driver IC 26 are formed, respectively. The wiring part 28c of the second flexible substrate 28 overlaps on the driver IC 26 mounted on the first flexible substrate 27.
