PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in cost and decrease or prevent an abnormal noise emission by arranging a cloth seat upholstery integrally in a sliding friction part which may emit the abnormal noise. SOLUTION: In a vehicle seat, a through-hole 23 is formed in a seat cushion 20 that is formed by attaching and enclosing a seat pad member 22 with a cloth seat upholstery 24 and a rotation transmission member 32 for activating a seat function is arranged in the through-hole 23 so as to rotate as a shaft. An extended part 28 formed by integrally extending the seat upholstery 24 is interposed at a sliding friction contact part between the through-hole 23 of the seat cushion 20 and the rotation transmission member 32. Thus, the abnormal noise emission due to the sliding friction contact at a time of shaft rotation of the rotation transmission member 32 is decreased or prevented by the extended part 28.
