PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is exposed with a monochromatic light, having a wavelength of 380-500 nm and ensures low residual potential, and to provide an image forming apparatus and an electrophotographic cartridge, capable of forming an image with few defects which has high quality typified by high resolution and high gradation properties and is developed faithfully, according to high-resolution exposure.
