The device (1) has a drive device (3) connected with two laterally arranged adjustable kinematics (4, 4') e.g. lever kinematics, and causing adjustment of an air guiding element (2) e.g. spoiler blade, by the kinematics. The lateral adjustable kinematics and the drive device between the kinematics are fixed at a common mounting element (6) i.e. mounting plate. The mounting element is fixed within the area of the kinematics at a body of a motor vehicle. The drive device is indirectly fixed at the mounting element via a carrier plate (7).
