An apparatus for uniformly injecting raw coal is provided to be able to improve quality of coke by properly controlling an injection quantity of raw coal that is injected into a hopper, thereby injecting the raw coal into the hopper or discharging the raw coal from the hopper smoothly. An apparatus(1000) for uniformly injecting raw coal comprises: an upper raw coal injection adjusting plate(200) disposed at an upper side within a circular chute(500) to adjust an injection quantity of the raw coal; a shaft(300) that passes through an opened center of the upper raw coal injection adjusting plate; a rotary raw coal injector(400) which is disposed on a bottom surface of the upper raw coal injection adjusting plate within the chute and connected to the shaft such that the rotary raw coal injector is rotated around the upper raw coal injection adjusting plate; and a lower raw coal discharge plate(600) which is disposed on a bottom surface of the rotary raw coal injector, and in which an opening is formed such that a blended raw coal is discharged through the opening by the rotation of the rotary raw coal injector.
