DETERMINATION METHOD OF PERFORMANCE GRADE AND COST OF PROPOSAL ON COCONSTRUCTION CONSTITUENT FACTORS BY STANDARD DESIGN RULE ON HOUSING PERFORMANCE GRADE

A method for determining a performance level of construction components and a cost of a construction component proposal by a standard design rule of each housing performance level is provided to make a decision by objectifying a construction quality factor of a construction product through the housing performance level and organically combining relation between the housing performance level and total cost. Basic information and detail information for permanent items of the construction project are received. For variable items of the construction project, the performance level displayed to a display part is selected according to each performance part/category of a classification system database by data of a performance level standard database and a performance acquirement database, and the proposal and the cost displayed to a display part are selected by the data of a standard design guide database. The performance level and the total cost for all performance part/category of whole construction project are displayed and determined.
