<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing an organic binder component contained in a powder molded product from the powder molded product, which allows easy absorption of the organic binder component, enables retreatment of the adsorbed component while making a load to the environment minimum, attains improvement in degreasing efficiency and is industrially extremely advantageous. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for removing the organic binder contained in the molded product containing a powder materials and an organic binder from the molded product using a supercritical gas, supercritical fluid is brought into contact with the molded product in the presence of a liquid adsorbent, and the organic binder is eluted into the liquid adsorbent, thereby the organic binder contained in the molded product comprising the powder materials and the organic binder is extracted and removed from the molded product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
