<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register inspection order information stored in a portable type storage medium in an image server. <P>SOLUTION: In an image server 50 for an hospital A, an inspection order information transmission program written with inspection order information in media M is provided to make a general-purpose PC terminal 70 which has read the program transmit the inspection order information to an image server 90 for a clinic set with image server location information.
