<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID tag enabling stable communication with a reader/writer by reducing attenuation of an electric wave regardless of materials of a covering body covering an inlet. <P>SOLUTION: The covering body 30 covering the inlet 20 is partially formed with an opening 31 so as to allow an electric wave to pass through the opening 31, and prevent the attenuation of the electric wave from being generated. Thus, stable communication with a reader/writer is established without shortening a communication distance, or making the operation unstable.
