<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filter replacing timing determining device and a fuel supply system, capable of determining the replacing timing of a fuel filter in response to an actual clogging condition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fuel filter replacing timing determining device includes a fuel pressure sensor arranged in a fuel passage up to reaching a high pressure pump from a fuel tank and detecting pressure of fuel, a pump rotating sped acquiring means S20 for acquiring a pump rotating speed detection value by a crank angle sensor (a rotating speed sensor) for detecting a rotating speed Np of a feed pump, and a replacing timing determining means S70 for determining whether or not to reach the replacing timing by clogging of the fuel filter based on a fuel pressure detection value being a detection value of the fuel pressure sensor and the pump rotating speed Np. Actually, the fuel pressure detecting value when clogging is not caused, is estimated based on the pump rotating speed Np, and a determination is made as reaching the replacing time when a difference quantity between its estimate value and the fuel pressure detection value exceeds a predetermined threshold value.
