<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate gas used for promoting the rotation of a turbine of a supercharger without arranging a separate structure in a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This internal combustion engine 1 has the supercharger 13. An accumulating tank is provided for accumulating gas used for promoting the rotation of the turbine 13t of the supercharger 13. An inside space of a structure formed in the vehicle including the supercharger 13 and used for a separate use from the accumulating tank is used as the accumulating tank.
