Light guide optics system has optical elements (21, 24, 25, 26, 29) for guiding a generated light to a photodetector, a positioning means (23, 27, 33) for adjusting a position of at least one optical element, and a position detecting means (31) for detecting a position of at least one optical element by an optical method. A light measuring apparatus starts light emission of a position detecting means when adjusting a position of at least one optical element, and stops light emission of a position detecting means when measuring a sample. |
