PURPOSE: A polypropylene pellet for manufacturing meltblown non-woven fabric, and a preparation method thereof are provided to minimize environment problems by using less organic peroxide. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a polypropylene pellet for manufacturing meltblown non-woven fabric comprises the following steps of: preparing base particles comprising polypropylene-based resin with melt index of 40-400; putting the base particles and organic peroxide into an extruder; fusing them to mix together uniformly, and obtaining a mixture of polypropylene-based resin and organic peroxide; continuously extruding the mixture; and cutting into pellets.
