PURPOSE: A micro coaxial cable assembly and a slide mobile phone with the same are provided to electrically connect a main body of a slide mobile phone with a display unit by a minute coaxial cable, thereby removing cumbersome that a shielding member is installed in the slide mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: A main body fixing portion(112) is fixed at a main body unit. A display unit fixing potion(114) is fixed at a display unit. A curve forming portion(116) is located between the main body fixing portion and the display unit fixing portion. When a plurality of MCX(Minute Coaxial Cable)s(110) is mounted in a slide mobile phone, the curve forming portion is made to form a curve. A straight line connects the utmost right point and the utmost left point of the curve.
