An automatic hanging placard bulletin board capable of automatically controlling angle of hanging placard according to wind pressure is provided to steadily post a hanging placard with fixed tension by posting the hanging placard by elastic force of a spring. A plurality of hanging placards(1) is vertically installed. Both side parts of the hanging placard is supported in a supporting rod(2) by an automatic direction control device(6). The automatic direction control device comprises a hanging pole supporting rod(4), a piston axis, a piston, a cylinder, a cylinder axis of rotation, and a coil spring. The hanging pole supporting rod is connected to both ends of the hanging placard. The piston axis is separated with the hanging pole supporting rod in order to be not rotated to the supporting rod. The piston is installed in the piston axis, and has a guide groove of screw shape. A cylinder protrusion inserted in the guide groove of the piston is formed inside the cylinder. The cylinder is integrally formed inside a cylinder housing. The cylinder axis of rotation is supported by a bearing. The coil spring is connected between the cylinder axis of rotation and the cylinder protrusion of the cylinder.
