PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, even if a local storage is filled, the local storage from failing in a service for successively downloading new content by BD-Live.

SOLUTION: Name mapping information to be used by replacing the file set of a fixed title (Title N) for replacing a file set preliminarily prepared in a local storage 13 for use with a file set downloaded to the local storage 13 is applied to a name mapping mechanism 15 of a virtual file system so that it is possible to use the fixed title (Title N) for a plurality of file sets by using the virtual file system.
