<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which can quickly prevent bleeding of blood or cerebrospinal fluid by solving the problem that no practically usable adhesive developed so far having excellent adhesive property to a medical material made of extensible PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is unknown, thereby providing an adhesive for extensible PTFE that is excellent in adhesive property to a medical material made of extensible PTFE and has practical reaction property (curing rate). <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive for extensible PTFE includes a urethane polymer (UP) obtained by reacting a fluorine containing polyisocyanate component (A) with a polyol component (B) containing hydrophilic polyol (B1) as an indispensable component, and is a medical material in which one of matters to be adhered is made of the extensible PTFE.
