<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust uplink transmission parameters for a radio channel state. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for deciding transmission parameters for uplinks has: a means for receiving channel state information from a mobile station; a means for storing the channel state information, the modulation system and channel coding rate of the uplink, and correspondence to both or one of the transmission power and transmission bandwidth of the mobile station; a means for deriving a set of transmission parameters from the correspondence; and a means for notifying the mobile station of the set of transmission parameters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
