PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information carrier the observed image of which is changed according to an angle to a light source, which keeps design performance high and is excellent in authenticity discriminabillty. SOLUTION: In order to provide the information carrier, by observation in the region of diffuse reflected light, a colored first image is visually recognized, while by the observation in the region of regular reflected light, a second image comprising of a background part with the interference color of a pearl pigment and the second image comprising of an image part in which the coloring of the ground is visually recognized through a portion printed with transparent varnish on a base material such as white paper, the first image the color of which is different from that of the base material and which is formed by raised printing image formed of the colored pearl ink equipped with color flip-flop properties and the second image is piled on the first image with the transparent varnish through which the color of the ground can be visually recognized.
