<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle locking system which prevents theft due to forgetting of locking the bicycle and improves usability for a user, and a bicycle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bicycle includes the traction mechanism 18, which sets the bolt 8 into a locked state by pulling a wire 7 as a stand 14 is moved from a swung-up state to a standing state. Namely, a bolt 8 is set into the locked state accompanying with the operation of bringing the stand 14 into the standing state when a user dismounts from a bicycle for parking. Furthermore, the bicycle includes a release mechanism 18, which releases the tension of the wire 7 to loosen the wire 7 stretched by pulling the bolt 8 after locking. Thereby, the bolt 8 can quickly be set into an unlocked state without being pulled by the wire 7 immediately after conducting the insertion of a key or an input of a number.
