<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive polyester film which is excellent in dimensional stability, transparency, and orientation properties, soluble in water, and adherent to a hydrophilic resin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The easily adhesive polyester film includes an easily adhesive layer on at least one side. The easily adhesive layer contains a self-crosslinking polyurethane resin as a main component and includes a haze of 7.0% or below, a thermal shrinkage percentage at 150°C of 4.0% or below, and an orientation main axis distortion of 8 degree or below.
