摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure required number of air supply paths and electric lines without causing complication or weight increase of a fixed flange by branching an air supply path and an electric line in a rotating part of a robot hand unit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An air transfer path 22 of the fixed flange 3 is connected to a communication path 24 of a rotary shaft 4, the communication path 24 is branched into a plurality of branched flow paths 26 through a manifold 31, and the branched flow paths 26 are connected to robot hands 6 through a solenoid valve 34 to allow air to be supplied to the each robot hand 6. A power supply part 35 is fixed to the fixed flange 3, and connected with a power receiving part 37 of the rotary shaft 4 through a connection line 38. The connection line 38 is branched into a plurality of branched lines 58 in the power receiving part 37, and the branched lines 58 are connected to the robot hands 6.
