摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity of a core 10, to reduce the amount of the combustible gas consumed for production of one core 10 by shortening the combustion time of the resin coated sand (RCS) by a die 5, and to reduce the amount of the carbon dioxide production accompanied by the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The shell molding method and the shell molding machine 1 are provided. In the shell molding method, the air flow rising from below is generated inside a warming chamber 2, and the RCS is put into a suspended state, and oil of 85 to 150°C is passed into a warming path 28a within warming pipelines 22, 26, 21 or a warming path 28a in a blade 28, thereby warming the RCS up to 80 to 120°C, and the warmed RCS is blown into a die 5 heated to about 300°C to bake the RCS within the die 5.
