<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting toy which can increase excitement and enjoyment at a low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting toy 1 includes a toy body 2 imitating a Ferris wheel, a light-emitting means 3, and a control means 4. Each light-emitting means 3 is set up such that light from a light emitter 31 is incident from the side surface of a light guide plate 33 to be projected to the front side of the toy body 2. Then the light guide plates 33 are arranged at least at one joint portion 54, at least at one spoke portion 52a partitioned by an intersection point of the joint portion 54 and a spoke 52, and at least at one wheel portion 53a partitioned by an intersection point of a wheel 53 and the spoke 52. Further, the light emitters 31 are arranged at least at one first intersection point portion P1 of the joint portion 54 and the spoke 52, at least at one second intersection point portion P2 of the wheel 53 and the spoke 52, and at least at one base portion P3 of the spoke 52 of a center portion 51.
