Zinc oxide ceramic bodies (40, 60) are arranged on the layer (30), where the body (60) is arranged at a surface of the body (40). Electrode layers (50, 70) are arranged on surfaces of the bodies (40, 60), respectively, and have electrodes (51, 71) with respective phase conductor and neutral input terminals (b, c) on the body (40), where the layers (20, 30, 50, 70) are made of silver paste. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a three phase protection device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for protecting a ground-neutral-phase with three wires, against high voltage. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device simultaneously protects the abnormal situation among three lines and completely dissipates the heat of a product from an utilization surface such that the high voltage current passing through the surface is reduced, thus improving the life duration and reliability of the product.
