摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge mechanism for in-vehicle electronic equipment capable of maintaining high torque and attaining miniaturization. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hinge mechanism 1 is provided with: a hinge shaft 39 becoming the turning center of a first box body and a second box body and non-rotatably mounted to the first box body; and a both surface engagement member 34 rotatably attached to the hinge shaft 39, having drive side engagement parts 52, 55 deviated with phases on both surfaces and restricting turning to the second box body side, and is provided with a pair of one surface engagement members 33, 35 having fixed side engagement members 47, 59 engaged with the drive side engagement parts 52, 55 and arranged at both sides of both the surface engagement member 34 so as to be moved non-rotatably and axially in the same phase. Furthermore, the hinge mechanism 1 is provided with an elastic member 36 capable of elastically pressing the pair of fixed side engagement parts 47, 59 and the drive side engagement parts 52, 55.
