PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel which makes a decorative pattern formed on a light transmitting substrate be able to be light-indicated in rightness in an arbitrary color by using light in a visible domain and is rich in change and favorable in appearance. SOLUTION: The decorative pattern 12 is formed on the back 11b of the substrate 11 by arranging and forming a large number of reflection surfaces 121 along the back 11b of the substrate 11. The brightness and the darkness of 1/f fluctuation are generated in the brightness of light reflected by the reflection surfaces 121 to put light brightness and darkness on the decorative pattern 12. Light 15c which is transmitted through the substrate 11 and reaches a light reflection member 16 is diffracted, and the diffracted light is reflected toward the reflection surface 121, so that the decorative pattern 12 is turned outstanding and colored in a shade color adapted to the brightness and the darkness of the light.
