PURPOSE: A method for drying starfish cartilage is provided to prevent the destruction of nutrients during processing, and to shorten a process time with simple processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for drying starfish cartilage comprises the following steps of: cutting starfish(100); mixing the cut starfish pieces(200); washing the starfish pieces with high pressure air or water(300); soaking the washed starfish pieces in an acid solution for 10-20 minutes(400); and drying the soaked starfish pieces(500). The pH of the acid solution is 3-6. |
