<p>Disclosed is a ship with reduced frictional resistance, and also with improved fuel consumption as a result of this reduced frictional resistance. Wings (20) are disposed at sections forming the outer side of a bow plate (3) and spaced apart from the bow plate (3). The wings (20) are disposed at sections downstream of and below the bow plate (3) and to the left and right thereof. The wings (20) are plate-shaped with a spindle-shaped cross-section that is thickest in the middle section. The shape of the wings (20) is not limited thereto, and they may be of any shape that results in the generation of a negative pressure between the wings (20) and the boat hull while the ship is sailing.</p> |
