A rotating body (6) is formed with an inner profile (7) for receiving the working elements in the receiving part. The rotating body is assigned to a locking mechanism and engaged at a stopping element (8), and a stop link (9) is engaged in the stopping element. The mechanism is actuated by the handle. The locking mechanism is designed as an extendable knee lever mechanism that consists of two brackets (11, 12) that are connected with each other by a knee joint.
