PURPOSE: A prefabricated handrail is provided to improve workability, safety and outer appearance and reduce construction period and cost and facilitate installation regardless of places. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated handrail comprises a first connecting member(100), a second connecting member(200) and a wedge coupling unit(300). The first connecting member is T-shaped. The first connecting member is made of a first wedge and a rotary coupling piece. A pipe for a handrail is coupled on the left and right sides of the first wedge. The rotary coupling piece comprises a through-hole. The rotary coupling piece is protruded from the center of the first wedge. The second connecting member is composed of a second wedge and a hinge fork piece. The end of the pipe for handrail is wedged on one side of the second wedge. The hinge fork piece is coupled to rotate with a hinge device(H) and a rotary coupling piece of the first connecting member. The wedge coupling unit is made of a press-fit nut cap and a wedge key. The wedge key wedges the outer circumference of the pipe for a handrail. The wedge coupling unit is screwed on a male screw formed at the first and the second wedges. |
