PURPOSE: An automation assembler of a micro-switch and a method thereof are provided to blow and suck air and to remove foreign material from a base and a movable piece. CONSTITUTION: An automation assembler of a micro-switch comprises a turn-table(120), a base feed port(130), a turning piece feed port(140), a ball feed port(150), a movable piece feed port(160), a top cap feed port(170), a base transfer rail(131), a turning piece transfer rail(141), a ball transfer pipe, a movable piece transfer rail(161), a top cap transfer rail(171), a base assembly robot(300), a turning piece assembly robot(310), a ball assembly robot, a movable piece assembly robot(330), a top cap assembly robot(340) and a press robot(350). Air passes is jetted by an air shower unit, passes through an element box and removes dusts from a target element. The element box accommodates one of the base, a turning piece, a ball and a top cap.
