THE SWITCHGEAR WITH DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT FOR CIRCUIT BREAKER AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING SWITCHGEAR

PURPOSE: A switchgear with a circuit breaker diagnosing device and a method for diagnosing a circuit breaker are provided to diagnose the circuit breaker by checking a trip state and the input of the circuit breaker based on the voltage outputted through a contact point and the voltage induced to a trip coil and an input coil. CONSTITUTION: A switchgear includes a high distribution board(100) and a low voltage distribution board(200). A first circuit breaker diagnosing device(110) monitors an operation state of a vacuum circuit breaker(108) installed in the high voltage distribution board. A second circuit breaker diagnosing device(210) monitors an operation state of an air circuit breaker(208) installed in the low voltage distribution board. Each circuit breaker includes a controller. The controller determines the trip and the input of the circuit breaker based on the voltage outputted through the contact point and the voltage induced in the input coil and the trip coil.
