PURPOSE: A repairing mortar containing an unsaturated polyester resin and a repairing method using the same are provided to produce a repairing composition with enhanced adhesive property by solving disadvantage of an unsaturated polyester binder or premix. CONSTITUTION: A mortar containing an unsaturated polyester resin for repairing a concrete upper plate comprises an unsaturated-polyester resin 7~25 weight% consisting of a main material 90~99.5 weight% and hardener 0.5~10 weight%; and aggregates 75~93 weight% comprising 95~100% size passed through 5mm sieve, 85~95% size passed through 2.5 mm, 35~55% size passed through 0.60 sieve, and 7~18% size passed through 0.075 sieve.
