<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide eaves enabling the eaves body to be thinned while easily securing the strength, remarkably reduced in weight, and manufacturable at low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This eaves 1 comprises the eaves body 5 having a thin composite panel 11 formed by joining aluminum sheet metals 15, 16 on both upper and lower surfaces of a synthetic resin foam body 18 which is formed in a flat plate with a predetermined thickness; and holding means 6a (6b) and 7 for holding the eaves body 5 in the state of projecting from the outer wall surface 3 of a building 2.
