PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow well responsive automatic alignment with less overshoot. SOLUTION: The planetary gear device 114 comprises a sun gear 116, a planetary gear 118, and an internal gear 120. The sun gear 116 is integrally formed with or incorporated in, a sun gear shaft SH, and a bearing (a restricting member) 130 is arranged on an outer periphery 122A of the sun gear shaft SH (an intermediate shaft member 122). Between an outer periphery 130C of the bearing 130 and an inner periphery 158B of a casing, a gapΔ1 is provided which is set to be (X<SP>3</SP>-3L<SP>2</SP>X+2L<SP>3</SP>)/2L<SP>3</SP>times or more and less than 5(X<SP>3</SP>-3L<SP>2</SP>X+2L<SP>3</SP>)/2L<SP>3</SP>times the size of a backlash Cγ, where Cγis a radial backlash between the sun gear and the planetary gear, L is a size from a supporting bearing to the sun gear, and X is a size from the bearing 130 to the sun gear.
