摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part slip-off prevention mechanism hardly allowing a part to slip off during use and operation in a torque limiting mechanism and a reverse rotation prevention mechanism of a rotating body. SOLUTION: A torque limiting mechanism or a reverse rotation prevention mechanism of a rotating body 12A is interposed between a shaft 3 and a rotating body 12 freely rotatably supported in the shaft 3, slides with respect to the inner peripheral surface of a rotating body 12A when a rotating force acts on the rotating body 12A and includes a rotation regulation member 13 made of elastic material for limiting rotation torque. A bracket 14 for supporting the rotation regulation member 13 in a shaft is provided thereon. The bracket 14 is equipped with a fixed part 15 fixed to a shaft 3a and a holding part 16 which extends along in an axial direction of the shaft 3a and holds the rotation regulation member 13. By inserting the holding part 16 inside the rotating body 12A, the rotation regulation member 13 slides with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the rotating body 12A. A projecting part projected toward the inside is provided on the inner peripheral surface on an insertion direction side of the holding part 16 rather than the inner peripheral surface of the rotating body 12A on which the rotation regulation member 13 slides.
