<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, capable of performing image formation without deterioration of productivity even in a print job for performing image formation to a plurality of sheets differed in basis weight. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises a mode determination means which determines, from an input print job, an inclusion mode for forming toner image on a plurality of sheets differed in basis weight or a single mode for forming the toner image on sheets having a single basis weight; and a control means which sets, when the mode determination means determines the inclusion mode, the control temperature of a first heating part with which a toner image surface of a carried sheet is brought into contact to be higher than that in the single mode, and the control temperature of a second heating part to be lower than that in the single mode.
