<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trencker (a kind of leggings) easily and firmly fixing the heel part of a wearer so as to have good wearing feeling, and made by a simple method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The trencker is provided with a leg part 11, a foot part 12, and a reinforcing part 13 formed by linearly cutting the vicinity of the gore line 17 of a heel part 16 to be open inward from the outside end part (A) of the heel part 16 to form a cut-open part 18. The cut-open heel part 16 is folded inside the back surface side of the leg part 11 and the foot part 12 along a fold line 15, and a folded-in area 16a is sewn up to the leg part 11 and the foot part 12 via reinforcing knitting stitches 19.
