PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission apparatus for smoothly transmitting power. SOLUTION: A clutch disc 5 is provided with: disc plates 1, 11 formed to rotate due to inputting of torque; a clutch hub 21 formed to output the torque; and pushing members 31 for transmitting the torque of the disc plates 1, 11 to the clutch hub 21. The disc plates 1, 11 and the clutch hub 21 are substantially coaxial with each other. A graph showing a magnitude of the torque outputted from the clutch hub 21 with respect to a relative torsional angle between the disc plates 1, 11 and the clutch hub 21 has a torsional characteristic of varying continuously in a curved line.
