The system has plug-in points designed to deliver power to printed circuit boards (207), which are coupled with the plug-in points. Thermal management cards (209) are arranged in the plug-in points and contain ejectors (211, 213) for synthetic radiations. The management cards comprise two main surfaces, where the main surfaces are equipped with nozzles or openings, respectively. The nozzles or openings direct the synthetic radiations over or on the main surfaces of the printed circuit board. Actuators for the synthetic radiations are arranged within the cards.
