<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a light emitting display panel is provided to simplify a process by attaching and separating a magnetic supporting substrate and a magnetic thin film substrate through magnetism. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic thin film substrate(120) and a magnetic supporting substrate are bonded, are made of a magnetic material or a high permeability material, and are formed by a stainless steel. The magnetic thin film substrate is a thin film. The magnetic supporting substrate is a thick film. An organic electroluminescent cell is formed on the magnetic thin film substrate and the magnetic supporting substrate, and includes a pixel electrode(142), a bank insulation film(144), an organic layer(148), and a cathode(150).</p> |
