FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has feeding unit and surgical instrument. The feeding unit has liquid jet member for sucking off separated tissue cells and/or separating or working liquid. The surgical instrument has internal injecting cannula and external sucking tube forming sucking ring-shaped canal of the surgical instrument. The external sucking tube is fittable over the injecting cannula and fixable on the surgical instrument. The injecting cannula has anterior nozzle opening. The sucking tube has several sucking holes distributed over its peripheral part. The surgical instrument has handle. The sucking tube has handle as accessory.
