<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image printed on a printed paper from b eing exposed to public attention. <P>SOLUTION: Dummy paper sheets D1, D2 and D3 printing transmission preventing images M1, M2 and M3 are discharged on the top recording paper sheets P subjected to face up paper discharge or below the bottom recording paper sheets P subjected to face down paper discharge so that a manuscript image I among the recording paper sheets P to which the manuscript image I is printed by a printing job is exposed to the outside when discharged to a paper discharge part and stacked. Then, the manuscript image I of the top recording paper sheet P and the bottom recording paper sheet P is masked by the transmission preventing image M1 of the dummy paper sheets D1 or overlapped with the transmission preventing images M2 and M3 of the dummy paper sheets D2 and D3 to be uniformly toned or subjected to blackout.
